::Nice people, failed to fix the compressor. A lot of wasted driving time.

::Horrible experience. Brought a used recent model table saw bought from CL in for a fairly routine service - frozen arbor nut. Technician broke screw off the motor housing trying to remove the nut. Then it stayed at Panda. While at Panda, the team lost the fence. It was found after some confusion. Then the saw was returned to me - assembled incorrectly and reversed on stand so fence and miter gauge etc couldn't be stowed. When I tried the saw, the runout was so bad that it kicked back a piece of plywood 20 feet over my shoulder. I was VERY lucky not to be hurt. Back to Panda it went. A month later I got the saw back. It was fixed now - but was covered in scratches, scrapes, and black grease. I got most of the black grease off but the scratches are staying. This "service" cost me almost $200 and three months of time. I brought it in to get a frozen arbor nut off and Panda broke half a dozen parts of the saw in the process. Needless to say - I'll never go near the place again and you shouldn't either.

::These are the worst most incompetent tool repair service u have ever encountered. Stay well clear they fix absolutely nothing even when u tell them the problem. If I could give them - 50 stars I would

::Met this guy on Craigslist bought a pipe threaded from him and he did good by me. Also helped me get other accessories I needed. This place is also an authorized rigid repair place that I will now bring all my stuff to him. Specifically my k500 drain machine broke and he is currently fixing it. I will send another update on how it went but my last experience he was low cost and he completely overhauled my threader I bought from him. Everyone brings their tools here all the big company's and small. That's my e,experience and the guy loves his work. I think his dad started the company and he has his kids running it with him too now but not 100 percent sure only met him "john" I tho k waz his name. Good luck thanks "
