  I just opened up a small cafe in downtown Manhattan, and all I can say is without Pan American Coffee, I would be lost. Sourcing, balance, blends, acidity, and brew methods - Sal took the time and explained all of these important items to consider and so much more before I made the decision on what to serve. I must admit, without this knowledge and level of service from Sal, I'd probably be serving a low-quality cup. The difference that PAC offers is that the passion to serve the highest quality product. Since opening, my coffee sales are consistently way above my initial expectation. My customers rely on that great cup of coffee everyday, and with Pan American, Sal will make sure you serve the very best cup out there.

  have dealt with Pan American for over 10 years , I have experienced nothing but good service and even better hospitality , from the drivers , up to the roasters , very knowledgable , and honest, was looking for a certain blend , spoke with sal , a roaster/rep. at Pan. Am., this guy has more passion for coffee then any other roaster I have spoken with , the amount of understanding and fun he puts into his occupation ,makes it a breeze for customers to find what coffee they are looking for....
