::Finding a little piece of home is always bliss. Great service even better food! I'm always satisfied.

::Went to Pam's over the weekend and had an authentic trinidadian experience. The food was fantastic as were the drinks. More important, we met Pam and was treated as family at the start. I will definitely make the trip again.

::High class, great service, Great Employees. The owner and her Son are 2 of the hardest working people i have ever met. Thanks A. for the hospitality ever time i visit. Its like eating dinner with family! last but not least, The food is always delicious!

::The jerk pork ribs and the lamb curry were both outstanding. We also really enjoyed the hibiscus and ginger beer non-alcoholic drinks. The music was fun, and Pam was sassy. Was a great choice for our late-Valentine's dinner.

::I walked into this place with my family and asked if we should seat ourselves. The hostess or owner (?), acting as if I was interrupting her conversation with another table, said: "You can sit where I tell you to" and then pointed at a table. I think she expected me to laugh...We sat down and waited for about ten minutes. She said I should go over the counter to get a menu. A couple of minutes later she came by with water, saying: "It doesn't matter that you had to wait a few more minutes because there is a lot of food being cooked and it's going to be slow going. By the way, those are the dinner menus and the lunch menu is up on the wall. I do things a little differently." We left. You can have Guy Fieri on your wall and call yourselves authentic, but it doesn't excuse you from common decency.
