::Customer Service lacking... Only 3 people in our party. Ordered the Alfredo pasta. Ate at the salad bar. And after 45 minutes still no entree. Watched a party of 8 that arrived after us served a full meal including appetizer, wine and entree's. Wish I could say the food made up for the poor service. But we were cut off after one trip to the salad bar after watching several others return. Service sucks. Karen was the manager. Would've appreciated a comp'd meal.

::Didn't go to the casino... Restaurant was nice and the Food was hot and delicious with generous portions... The salad bar was really good and everything was fresh and good selection of items. The garlic bread is good. Steaks came out sizzling. Always delicious and the service is great.

::The Casino allows smoking unlike the ban in New Orleans Casinos, however the air quality system is very good. Always clean with prompt waitresses serving.

::For a place in the parish it's nice. The decor is really nice with good service. The salary bar was really good and everything was fresh with a good selection. The menu was really big which might be why a lot of the food tasted old. The fish wasn't fresh. The chicken looks like it just came off the grill (the plate burnt my finger it was so hot). The chicken was also very small for the price and it was burnt with very little taste to it. Just all around bad cooking if the food. But at least the salad was good. If that means anything.

::had our church council mtg last night. Food came out staggered, but was hot upon arrival-- which to me is mire important than all the food arriving at one time. My glass was kept full, & didn't have to ask for much. Good food too! Had the fried seafood combo (shrimp&stuffed crab) YUM!
