  Organizational internal management is chaotic，The GYM owner seemed to hate Koreans. " we are not animals". "We are not Koreans", She shouted to me. This made me very angry. About 10 people heard what she said at the scene. 1. The staff made a promise that if a family member moved across the GW bridge they would cancel the contract. Two months later they refused to cancel the membership, completely reversing their words. 2. After extensive debate regarding the issue they let me transfer the membership, for a $50 fee of course. However, later the staff aggressively intercepted me at the entrance and said that my membership card expired. The accountant said that he did not have any document that show my membership has been renewed. Two days later, the accountant told me he fixed the computer and he found my file and my membership is not expired. I could not find my membership card and the accountant told me to go back home keep looking if I still could not find it he could give me a new one. 3. Two days ago, I couldn't find my card and asked the accountant if he could give me a new card. They ask me to pay $15 for the new card. Because I'm not sure if my card is missing so I ask the front desk to let me in and I will go back home to look for the card. The owner told the front desk not to let me in. I told the owner the whole story about my card but the owner did not take any responsibility for their mistakes and insist on not letting me go to inside. On the way out they chased me down and yelled "We are not animals！"" We are not Koreans!", which is a racist comment and I'm not even Korean. Avoid this place at all costs!

  One of the best Gyms around. Offers a bit of everything you can ask for. Incredible view of NY as you train, outdoor track, nice variety of equipment and activities and etc. Everything is always well maintained. The staff are always attentive and the nicest of people. I would and i do highly recommend the Palisadium!

  Best gym I’ve been to with a great view and awesome location. No facility is perfect but whenever an issue arises the management/staff are quick to respond. With new management came new equipment, new staff, and upgrades. The pool is cleaner than ever and the lifeguards have maintained an order, (especially with the lanes) that hasn’t been seen before. You are greeted and treated with the utmost respect in this gym. When you have a chance come check out the aquatics lessons they are fantastic!

  One of the best gyms I've been to. Love the atmosphere and one of the only gyms in the area with a pool. The lanes are always organized and the area is constantly clean. Everyone is friendly and willing to help/answer any questions. Overall Ive recommended this gym to all my friends and family and think it's a perfect fit for people of all ages!

  Все не плохо но находится в подвале большого жилого дома,кто страдает клоустрофобией лучше туда не ходить
