  I could not be more thankful to this place for existing and also for the meditation guides. They are so kind, and helpful, and from practicing this meditation I have changed my bad habits and negative view on life, to a positive and fulfilling view on life. I always wanted to change my mind, and be more positive but I just didn't know how to do it. Here is where I learned to do just that. I didn't know cleansing your mind could be so good!!!

  I never thought I was going to overcome my anxiety and depression. I tried a variety of things and didn’t want to resort to medication. After the meditation sessions you feel lighter, so relaxed, and full of life. Kind of like how you feel after leaving the spa, but better. I now feel I can handle whatever life throws at me. Who would’ve thought there would be a method where you can let go of your thoughts. It works! Two thumbs up!! 👍🏾👍🏾

  I like meditation! I got huge benefits through meditation. I didn’t control negativity inside me. I used to be easily overwhelmed by it and was suffering. But as I meditated following the method, my mind became positive and happy. Happiness came up from the bottom of my heart ❤️! I’m so happy and I can’t believe that I live in this beautiful world.

  Anyone that is fortunate enough to live near the Palisades Park Meditation Center should not miss the opportunity to try this meditation. I have done other meditation practices in the past but this is a powerful meditation. It can truly lift your consciousness to it's highest level. Since doing this meditation my outlook has shifted drastically from someone that thought I was happy and had it all together to someone that experiences true unconditional joy all the time. I realize now that what I had before was far from true happiness. I have seen others become free of anxiety, depression and addictions. Everybody should do this meditation. It takes effort but the instructors (helpers) are so supportive and caring that they make it easy.

  I really love the energy at the meditation center! Everyone is so welcoming and positive. I really like that there are very specific and clear directions on how to find and purge out toxic thoughts and emotions. The changes I have experienced are incredible: so much less stress and less irritation. I also have a much more optimistic mindset, more confidence, and in turn can really enjoy life. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience meditation at this wonderful center.
