  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They tell you that they are going to call back up- don’t believe them! As soon as you have bought the car they drop you like a hot potato. STAY AWAY!

  Terrible experience. We got a maintenance package that we wanted to cancel later on. The policy allows cancellation within 60 days and yet they did not respond to any of the inquiries. When inquiring, the person on the phone was rude and said "I cannot help you", slammed the phone. The car itself is great but the service was terrible. I would give zero stars if possible. UPDATE: Thank you for the response. However, the refund has not been processed to date which is 4 months after the request. Moreover, the finance manager did not get back to my husband, like you mentioned.

  This is not my first Mazda, this is the newest in a great family of cars over 15 years! This is the third lease with Palisades Mazda, and I couldn't be more excited. The cars themselves have always embodied the concept preferred as "engaged driving" . It is a drive like no other. The reason I continue to do business with this particular group is one man, Chris Kinder. I am not an easy or simple sale. He is not only professional and polite. He embodies the level of knowledge, creativity, discipline and determination that makes me feel confident and secure in my leasing decision. His drive matches that of the vehicle he represents.   All I can say is "Wow" what a great car shopping experience.I made an internet inquiry and received a very personal email from Chris Kinder asking If i had any questions or wanted to stop in. My husband and I stopped in to take a look. Long story short after viewing a few cars and receiving very reasonable prices including a trade in amount we decided to buy a car. No hidden fees and no extra costs. He wasn't pushy and let me say he doesn't have to be. Quite a few people were there to see him (The secret is out! Chris is the "Car Whisperer") No gimmicks and no attitude. Just plain ole honesty. Imagine that, telling folks the truth so they can make a well informed purchase. Thank you Chris! The service was incredible, your honesty was refreshing and we LOVE our new car!

  Absolutely the BEST car shopping experience ever. Chris Kinder was very professional and a complete joy to do business with. He was so helpful and worked with us 110% to do everything possible to make our purchase manageable. And we felt no pressure at all My husband and I LOVE our new car. We drove 2 hours to go see this car not sure of the outcome and so happy we did. Great prices and great customer service. Chris made a new customer for life today. In the future we will happily drive that distance again to do business here.
