  Really good service! Our delivery man was named Ivan—we ordered a little late (We didn’t want to end up ordering before they were closed but we ordered an hour before they did), and weren’t entirely sure how the service would be. They were very sweet, their buffalo chicken pizza was so good! 5/5 would visit when we’re in town again. Keep it up! ☺️🖤

  It's twice I've been here for lunch. Pizza crust is amazing! A little warm in the restaurant but enough room for a small group of up to 50 people I'd say. They are very friendly family. Love the accents! Delicious pizzas & good salad portions!

  I changed my rating from 5 to 2 star because I recently ordered 5 large pizza's for a convention of visitors of Las Vegas. I was told that If I ordered 3- 36 in it would take 2 plus hours. So instead I ordered 5 reg large pizzas and was told it would take about an 1.5 hours. I called back regularly to make sure the site new the address of the hotel and kept getting delays on the pizza times. Then I was told they were waiting on a delivery driver to come in. My reputation with the visiting group was almost damaged as people started to say that it was all lies about ordering pizza.... Then to make things worse the driver took the pizza's to my house and not the address I gave on the phone. I was compensated with 20% off on the order. The pizza is not bad but the ability to function as a business is not great. Very disappointed. I am switching back to chain pizza stores. Bye Bye Palermos.

  I ordered at 10:40 and it took until after midnight to get this pizza. I would have never ordered if I knew it would take over an hour and 20 minutes for it to arrive cold and was wrong . I ordered Hawaiian pizza and on this menu there is no bacon on Hawaiian pizza . The guy that answers the phone said I was wrong and threatened to hang up on me because I was trying to explain the menu on Google is where I ordered from not the website. Very rude I hate this place now. Don't waste your time with this place. I've lived in Vegas for over 20 years and have never left a review. This was such terrible customer service that I felt it was important to leave this review in hopes you will read this and order somewhere else. And your response is ridiculous and a flat out lie. Yes you do have control over your menu on Google. Don't lie to try and make yourself look like the good guy. You should have acted that way while I was in the phone with you then. A business owner that has to lie to get customers will not end well. And after reading your other reviews and your responses to them...I see that nothing is ever your fault. Good luck with that !!!!!! I will never recommend you to anyone ever.

  Friendly staff. Small pizza place tucked away in a strip mall. Seating for 5 groups of 4-5 adults. Menus consists of pizza, salads, appetizers, wings, wraps, and more. Drink selections are limited to cans or bottles of beverages consisting mostly of soda. They have gluten free pizza dough but no cheese alternatives. They offer free delivery.
