::Order placed through 1-800-flowers ended up here - it was for mom's birthday, placed a day in advance. I got a call the same day saying the delivery guy was there. When I said it was for the next day, I was told they would be redelivered the next day. Blatant lie, as mom got home to her birthday flowers on her porch the day before her birthday. Clearly the customer is about the last priority for these guys.
