  The visit was absolutely good. The clerk helped me with what I needed. THE PHONE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! I was on hold for 9 minutes.(The whole time on speaker) finally the person that answered the phone asked my question to someone but didn't ask correctly and changed my name to a company. THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!!! SO I WALKED OVER THERE. I WAS ON HOLD 20 MINUTES. I DIDN'T GET AN APOLOGY FOR BEING ON HOLD TILL THE VERY END . DISGUSTING! All in all, they know their stuff. So, if you don't care about good customer service. Go there. They know their stuff.

  Very slow service. If you are a big contractor then go there but for average person, I would not.

  Purchased a drain king from Pa lace plumbing. The instructions are simple. Attach hose placenta drain turn on water. The defect product blew up lie a balloon and burst. I contacted palace plumbing spoke with Freddy and he instructs me to bring in the item so they can send back to manufacturer. Once they inspect the product they will make a determination on how to proceed with refund or exchange. REALLY!! What happened to standing by your product. What happened to bring it in we'll send the damaged item to the manufacturer but we are going to exchange it. The product popped withing 1 minute of use. In a 2" diameter aprox 5" in length. That's a shame. If I knew I was going to have this much aggravation over $12.90 I would have went to Walmart. That's why big chains shut out the little guy. No customer svc. No honor, and norespect. STAND BY YOUR MERCHANDISE

  On a job in the Bronx and I needed various supplies. The staff was extremely helpful and I got everything I needed at a great price. Thanks Palace!
