  Great product and quality but their tech support has been very rude, and hasty. I've had to call them several times about questions with the wiring harness. I even had someone on the tech support rush me of the phone telling me "We have other people waiting". This was a total of a 25 minute call where I had waited 15 minutes. I thought that maybe if I wrote down all my questions to make one call instead of making 10 individual calls it would be easier. Overall I really like the product but they're tech support should really feel like tech support and not treat customers like they are another number. I'm sorry if I don't understand the wiring harness. I'm still going to give them one more shot, but it this continues I'm going to rip out this dam wiring harness and head over to kwikwire.
