  Install toilet seal I am very disappointed with the service I received. Padillas installed a brand new toilet for me and after 1 year the gasket needed to be replaced as it started leaking on my neighbor downstairs. Padillas returned to fix the toilet and charged me $100 to fix their own faulty work. It is now less than a year again and the toilet has started leaking once again. I hired a different plumber who advised me that the toilet was installed poorly. Please be wary of hiring these people to do an work in your home.
