  The frosting that they use even though they say is buttercream taste nothing more than koolwhip. I am very disappointed. Why is it nowadays bakeries use such garbage on their products

  My family has been going here my whole life. I can't say enough about this place. Their cake options is where they really shine!! Please give this place a chance if you want a cake for any occasion and impress your guests. Oh, of course I almost forgot, this place sells all kinds of other pastries also!

  0/2 on prepaid orders for me. 1st time nothing was made, and the 2nd time only half the order was made. Despite leaving my contact info, nobody called to tell me the birthday order would not be ready. I see my order is incomplete at pickup and they offer a substitution, but that is no good for a specific birthday request. Save yourself the disappointment of ordering ahead and only buy what they already have made when you are there. The baked goods are decent but the bakery has proven unreliable twice in a row for very simple orders and they just don't tell you until it's too late and you're at the counter to pick up (and leave empty handed or with a partial order). Not worth the headache until they sort out their inefficient system and can fulfill an order without issue.

  Tiramisu and cookies are amazing. Good prices. Ordered a birthday cake here and it was both delicious and pretty. Service was adequate, but it’s pretty clear the employees don’t want to be there.

  I went to the bakery in May, I was looking for a simple wedding cake. They do not tell the full truth. I was told they do air brush. Just got a phone call from Susan, she was very rude, telling me how to decorate my cake. Telling me now they don't do all the details that she consulted me with. And, the portfolio is out dated!! They are cakes that look like they were cut out of magazines from the 1970s, it was the worst service I encountered!! Had I put a down payment like Susan wanted me to? I would be out hundreds of dollars. But, she would be in breech of her own contract by refusing to make the cake which in turn you can ask for your money back! After the atrocious manner that I have expireenced?! I will not recommend this place even to a dog! Save your money and go somewhere else!! Do not pay upfront! The quality is poor. The White Almond butter cream is excellent, but the service is a zero!! Letting under age kids have smoke breaks I do believe is against the law as well!? Talking about your plans for the weekend should be done on your break, not while you have customers!!! If they wish to remain a business? There needs to be some serious changes!! I would give them zero stars if it were an option. And, you should disclose that the details in your portfolio are not what you really offer. I do believe the work in the portfolio are by another bakery, I have seen the designs before.
