  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are AWFUL. The worst. I will report them to better business. I had a 8-12 delivery window. They never came, no phone call. Set up another 8-12 window, and at 1, I am still trying to track them down. The business should be shut down. Avoid at all costs.

  I buy a fridge, we setup a delivery time of 12-4, and NO SHOW. I call at 2pm and i get, "an hour to an hour and a half", which means 3-3:30. It's now past 4:30pm and NO FRIDGE and NO PHONE CALL. They have not called me even once to tell me they were running late, etc. Nothing. NO COMMUNICATION. This is unacceptable.
