::This is the last of three formal Pacific Ocean Market under conversion to Great Wall Supermarket. (see picture, you can see both old POM decorations and new GW price signs) Yes, it is open while the conversion in progress though it is not fully in operation. They are open! The grocery section is fully operation, so is the sea food. But the meat department counter is not and meat will be packaged. The fates of other counters like the to-go lunches, bakery (seems to still in operation), BBQ etc. are still unclear yet. As this is the largest of the three and last to turn over to Great Wall, it will take sometime for the conversion. It also would be interesting to see how the conversion will bring. Currently it still carrying those extra fairs from Japan, Korea, European, and other area. Not sure how long or whether they will continue carrying the current extra items. Again the store is going to appear more in line with supermarket rather than the older grocery with fresher smell like the other two they have converted.

::10/20/22-Really sad what is happening here with the new ownership. I used to love this place, but the new owners have cut the Japanese foods section, a lot of the shelves are just empty of product. Not only couldn't i find any of the products i wanted that they had carried in the past, but then the bbq bun I bought to snack on was mostly empty. I'm hoping it will get better, but don't have high hopes.

::I like to go here to buy vegetables since they have a lot of varieties of vegetables and fruits. They also have meat and seafood sections. It is a big and clean Asian store. The only complain is the price is a bit high compare to other Asian stores.

::A good place to buy all kinds of Asian things. They do have varieties of fishes in there but still lacking in having some common varieties like Catla Catla, Rout, Hilsa etc in there. So not very impressive

::This is by far my most favorite Asian supermarket to go to. It's large, clean, has a wide selection, and has competitive prices for the most part. We literally just came from H Mart 10 mins away and found the prices at this Aurora Pacific Ocean location to be cheaper here for the groceries we were seeking. Good, speedy customer service as well. I had to ask a guy for help and he was really great at checking the price for me. The cashier at check out was professional and nice as well. We will be coming here for our groceries more often from now on!
