  DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! They outsource their warranty coverage. I contacted the warranty company and they don't know who I am. These guys inside Best Buy won't even talk to them directly so now I'm trying to get a copy of my receipt from them and send it to the warranty company myself and who knows if they will honor it. I thought Pacific Kitchen was part of Best Buy, but they are not. I thought they were the ones taking care of warranty, but they are not. They don't even have a telephone number for their corporate head quarters.
