  Pacific Gem Lab was wonderful! I needed a wedding ring appraised for insurance. The customer service was fantastic and Brad was very kind and helpful! They were also able to recommend some other businesses that are able to do some refinishing. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs official appraisals. Thanks Pacific Gem Lab!

  Mark and the staff at PGL were wonderful to deal with and explained everything before proceeding. My ring was done in a timely manner and they communicated with us along the way! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!
