  Called to check if an order had gone out. Cold customer service. I spent 90 dollars on a little order. Would expect friendlier service. Will never order from this florist again.

  Really awesome experience. My parents visited Connecticut this week and I wanted to surprise my mom with same day delivery flowers. Being down here in Washington, DC and not knowing CT very well, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a good florist based on website images. However, P. Rogers & Co Florists has a ton of variety with bouquet styles, all sizes, colors, including gift options. My favorite part was the smart tiered pricing system. This helped me to figure out the best bouquet for my budget. Ordering was easy, so now I was curious to see the outcome. The florists delivered the flowers the same day, in excellent condition. The bouquet was identical to the image online. I was impressed and so pleased! Not only did I receive an email confirming delivery of the flowers, but the hotel staff even emailed to confirm delivery too! My mother LOVED the surprise!! Perfect execution from Jillian Vallo, Front Desk Manager at Stamford Marriott Connecticut & the flower experts at P. Rogers & Co Florists. Thank you for making my mothers stay in Connecticut a good experience!!

  Ordered online - was very easy and had no problems. Delivery was prompt and the flower arrangement was beautiful
