  Nope! The dude fell asleep in the middle of doing my nails with a drill in his hand! It happened twice. I haven't been there since!

  The owner is so unprofessional! She let’s walk ins constantly cut people who have been sitting there. I have given them many chances but every time I go there is a problem with people cutting your turn. My final straw was when I was waiting with my two girls 6 and 3 for over 45 minutes (which us moms know how that’s not an easy task) and I sat there and watched them take another girl that just walked into see her mom and her mom just literally asked them if they had time to give her daughter a pedicure? The answer should have been after the five other people that have been here waiting their turn, but no they just sit this girl down and continue to not think their is a problem!!!!! So I approached the owner thinking she would do the right thing and again she was a complete snob and didn’t even make eye contact with me which btw I’m a 200.00 a month customer! She doesn’t even know my name either which is outrageous after all the years I’ve been going... I walked out and I don’t ever plan to return. The place may be nice but the way you get treated and so unappreciative, I d rather give my money to a place that truly cares....

  Very poor customer service. I had stopped going here a few years back for the same reason but the location was very convenient I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Cleanliness... eh. I’ve seen worse but have also seen much cleaner. My last service was done by the owner- rude but that part I knew already. Very sloppy poor job. Charged me 60 for full U V gel set the board quotes 45. I got French so extra 5. So 60 ?? Told me it was extra for bringing my own gel color for the base. Two days passed and one white tip had peeled off I went for a repair and she again charged me for that. It has now been one week and the rest have peeled. Never had such a poor service. I will not be returning ever. They are not the only game in town and I will not give them my business. I am referring to YH Nails as it is now known.

  I never go anywhere else! I love this place, great staff and service. Run by a super nice woman.

  Went to have acrylics done and they look great! The environment is super friendly and relaxing. They have a light up board in the front with all the pricing info. It seems like with whatever you get they'll give you a free 3 minute massage! I had one of the younger ladies and she was really gentle and sweet. I definitely highly suggest visiting this place, you won't regret it! P.s. They also do a full gel set!
