::Unfortunately the only option available on this side of the terminal... When flying through Air Canada, this is the only restaurant you have access to (without having to go through security) which sucks. I've been here 3 times and each time was consistently...poor. Quality of food is not good. Staff is below average.

::I'm surprised this place has three stars. We had a very early flight and this was only sit down place open we could find before 6 am. We went to sit down in the back section and were told to go sit up front. Eventually they used chairs to cut off the back area. Anyways, the waitress (only individual working besides the cook) pretended like she didn't know English when it suited her. I asked for eggs over eggs over easy and she acted like she had no idea what that was and didn't understand. When my husband asked for scrambled eggs, she said "Both of you?" and looked at me. I never even mentioned scrambled eggs but agreed to get the order moving. The food took about 25 minutes for us to get, so this is not a quick in/out experience. As we were waiting, we saw a guy walking into the kitchen with cartons of pre-mixed/prepared eggs, so it was easy to figure out "why" she had no idea what eggs over easy were. They probably don't even serve fresh eggs. You could tell the scrambled eggs were from a carton and the bacon also tasted like pre-cooked bacon you can microwave. The texture is always different than fresh cooked bacon. The breakfast potatoes were good and crispy though. I highly recommend you go somewhere else if you can, even the dunkin donuts down the way as you will get the same level of food for less money. We were very close to walking out. It was just a bad experience.

::Serving staff not friendly at all. Dark and dirty, lame decoration and tasteless food. My friend got part of her chicken salad from a previous cooked one. Not recommended.

::Ozone is a decent airport restaurant that is aesthetically meant to look like an old-school diner. It's not the most ideal ambience as the restaurant is located immediately next to one of terminal B's security gates, but honestly wasn't too noisy or unpleasant during my visit. The bartender/waiter was not friendly but was efficient and polite. The food (I had the cheddar and bacon omelette) was actually as good as most real diners and I really had no complaints. It could have done with more bacon in it, but I enjoyed the avocado crema on top.

::This place is "by Todd English" in the "Air Jordans" sense, not the "Todd is cooking tonight" sense. The decor is faded millennial futurism. The proximity to security means it's less "quiet oasis" and more "listen to security people yelling." But my server was kind and efficient and the food—vegetable gyro and fries—was filling and well-prepared.
