  I've been going to this cleaner for 1yr. I have over 500 shirts and 50 pants, plus everything in between from suits to jackets and vests. The employees have always been respectful and often go out of their way talking with me when I drop off large orders. Considering how expensive some other local cleaners are, I'm more than satisfied with my experience and the value.

  I tried this cleaners for the first time dropping off my work uniform on a Saturday and was told it would be ready for pick up the following Wednesday at 5pm. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was not ready and would not be shipped back from the plant where they clean it til the following day. Unfortunately I worked the following morning at 430am and could not wait for it. I offered to drive to the plant to pick my items up dirty even and was told not to worry they were rushing it and would make a special delivery of my uniform before close at 7pm. When I showed up they had completely forgotten to deliver the most important part of my uniform being the jacket and vest of my 3 piece suit but delivered my 3 white shirts. I explained earlier to the associate of all the garment pieces I absolutely needed the jacket and vest that evening. The associate was very nice in accommodating me and explained unfortunately since it was 7pm the plant was already closed and there would be no way to get my final pieces. This was totally unacceptable and i was told I would most likely be refunded for the jacket and vest due to the mixup and inconvienence to my work life. When my friend picked up the jacket and vest today I was informed that I did not get refunded or credited for these pieces. In my line of work I need a dry cleaner that is timely and reliable and the company totally failed there. I was extremely understanding when it wasn't ready and all I asked was dirty or clean I needed my uniform garments that evening and they still could not handle getting them back to me. The customer service of the associate in store was excellent but If you need a reliable, timely cleaner service this is not the place to go. Would work fine if not on a time constraint to get your clothing back.
