This place has great value, close to all kinds of restaurants and shops, center of Koreatown! The staff here are all very friendly, they offer free breakfast if you book online too! WiFi is complimentary and so is parking. Amazing central location for conferences at the Los Angeles Convention Center (15min drive) while being close to a ton of night life.

Google reviews lists this place as having free parking. This is not true. They offer $9 valet service or if you can find a spot, street parking (still got to pay the meters). My room was clean with only 3 mystery light switches. I'm not sure if Koreans prefer a stiffer bed (this place is located right in the middle of Korea Town, and is heavily catered to them obviously) but I found it uncomfortably firm. If this place actually had free parking, more comfortable mattresses and perhaps a pool. I would have gave 5 stars easy.

This review is for the 2nd floor ballroom and staff. Very clean venue and big enough to hold hundreds of guests. We had 150 guests with no issues and the staff are very attentive and fast! Great catering food and no complaints from any of the guests

I attended banquet that served steak and lobster. The service was prompt but impersonal, as it tends to be at hotel banquets. But the meal, which apparently coat $150 a plate was far from great. Case in point, the actual meat in the lobster was the size if a large shrimp, and the mash potato was made with instant powder. Other than the food, rest of the experience was pretty good.
