  DO NOT BUY from this user on ebay (overstockouletmemphis). Spent $40 only to receive a case of fake product, that i have a reaction to, and they refuse to acknowledge this as a fake product when i have a real one to compare it to. there's is different packaging (which they claim its from an old production line), different color, different smell, and bad quality. okay about the old packaging, i dont know when or if they changed it, but i know for a fact the real company hasnt changed their ingredients or recipe. of course their voice mail box is full, and have stopped answering me on ebay after i demanded at least a partial refund. they said i could return the item in new condition, after i had already sent a picture with the open product next to a real one i had. obviously it was opened and had used it because i said i had a reaction. awful business and ebay wont step in because i 'tampered' with the product. so dissatisfied and would never recommend. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH ISSUES

  I drove over 30 minutes to get there because I heard they had great deals, I was looking for ONE speical item. I pulled up and looked to see what time the store closed,& was please to find out I had 30 minutes before they closed....saw two people were behind the registered, parked and walked up to the door only to find the door was LOCKED!!! they would not acknowledge me and would not even look my way!!!!!! All i wanted was ONE item I couldve even asked threw the door if they had this item, but now they were so RUDE!!! I went to my car (with 24 minutes STILL TILL CLOSING TIME) and googled the number to call....I watch them LOOK at the phone and not even try to answer the phone how pathetic is that!!! Lost a customer for life and will make it my mission to let everone know how stupid, rude and unprofessional that store is!!!!!! NEVER will I step foot in that store!!!! and I suggest you not!
