  This company is great, the sales person the delivery guys, they were on time as promised. Fair prices really enjoyable experience!

  I went to 3 different furniture stores and i couldnt find what i wanted. The manager at overstock furniture was super friendly, very nice. I bought my furniture on a sunday and was delivered the following wednesday. I really cant complain. They were extremely nice. I woud deff recommend this place!!

  This place is so bad and full of cheaters. My furniture was delivered past 2 weeks of the order. When it arrived the delivery guy told me that my bigger couch was not going to fit in the elevator without trying enough. He said my options are to return the couch or he can just leave it at the lobby. He told me that I should have measured it before buying it. I told him to try one more time and he said I was giving him hard time and more work. When I called the store the manager said I could tip them and they can take it up to the 12th floor using the stairs. The guy said the only way he would take is if I pay him $120, I left to ATM which is right next door to my building, I didn’t even take 10 min. There is no way they took the stairs all the way to to 12th floor carrying a big couch and get there in10 min. I took the stairs thinking I would catch up to them but they were actually by my door on the 12th floor.

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! Their delivery service is pitiful, it took over a month to get my one piece of furniture delivered and this was after I had to go and have a few words with the so called manager of the store on more than one occasion, overall, this was one ugly experience I wish on no one. Also, know that they will NOT refund your refund money for any reason once you make the purchase.
