::Overland discriminates against people who have a past but have since changed their lives around for the better. They don't care about the person you've become. All they care about is who you use to be. And won't rent to you if you have a past.

::Not a bad place to live.other than trains but they are not too loud.ive never had no problems with people. I was told don't move to this subdivision because of tweekers.loll welcome to cb..I've had a few come at me but they ain't nothing.get security cameras and just keep yourself armed.i have three girls that come and go don't think for a second I'm not watching or hearing everything....overall I like it...I mind my own..

::They have mostly mobile homes that people own but they do have a few rentals, both are great, they could us a storm shelter for tornados but other than that it is a great mobile home park

::QUIET as far as people go. There are trains nearby, which is expected in CB, but you get used to it. People mind their business (except a couple old men who walk laps, but they mean no harm). Neighborhood is surprisingly safe. I wish management would have helped clean up the lot they gave me, but they’re good people. Just lots of weeds, screws/nails, and glass. Definitely give it a look through if you’re moving in and have kids.

::This is a nice spot. The neighbors are easy going and there is plenty of parking. The only draw back is the train next to the place going by.
