  JR and Art were very responsive via email regarding quotes, expectations and appointment availability. Every question we had regarding our product needs was answered to the fullest. We are so very pleased with our installation and the product (we purchased Thermacore doors and now there is such a marked difference in lower temperatures in our garage that we now use our garage daily as workshop...getting so much done!!!) We also needed a slight adjustment after the install, but a quick call and it's done! We couldn't have asked for a better product, better results or better response. Go with this company and you will NOT have any regrets!!

  From the first time I talked with the staff at Overhead Door company of Tucson I knew that I wanted them to do my door work . They are just good people... And that means a lot to me . They know their products well, they can answer any questions with knowledge from product matireal to application and performance... I am very pleased with every part of the process of my project.   Our home warranty business sent someone else out for a repair which only resulted in us losing a copay and continuing to be frustrated. We finally called Overhead Door and their technician replaced the sensors which resolved the problem. They were prompt, professional and effective. I'll call them first in the future.

  I had them make a custom roll up door, they came out on site and double checked my measurements for free. the office also gave me friendly and professional service. Not to mention they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the several online stores I checked. Would definitely recommend!

  The office provided me with the cost and time of installment information when I requested it by phone. It was acceptable and they carried through on time without a change. The workman arrived and installed the new motor and linked the portable fob and two cars to remotely control the door. Further, the garage floor and area were left clean and ready to go when he left. I recommend Overhead Door of Tucson and Southern Arizona for your garage door project.
