  Horrible customer service. Sold me a clearly sun damaged shirt, that I didn't notice til I was home, and won't let me return it.

  Very Ghetto and pretending to be Urban Outfitters. They are extremely rude. Shopped for ten minutes nobody looked at me, said hello or even acknowledged me. The guys who worked there were so absorbed in their own conversation chitchatting amongst themselves it was as if I wasn't even there. The guy working was on his cell phone texting most of the time. I was looking for a certain levis in my size. When I asked, he lazily said, oh they're over there and there. I never found them. It was the worst customer service I've ever seen. Found a bunch of nice stuff, but just didn't want to give my business to people who were so rude.
