::Our meal was excellent, from start to finish. The hostess, wait staff, and manager were all friendly and knowledgeable. Our server, Vicki, and the manager, Brian, both went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect. Surprisingly, the prime rib that my wife ordered hands down beat the prime rib she had had at Cascio's the night before. I would recommend this location to anyone.

::Came in around Sunday afternoon and there were not a lot of people but my family of 15 sat for 15 mins while waiting for table to be setup. The table and area was empty but don’t know why it took forever to setup. Once we were seated, our waitress wanted to be “proactive” and had our bread/butter already set. In doing that, our bread was already cold... she took forever to take our drink orders and kept going back to the kitchen for God knows what. When she brought our appetizers, she had brought them with dirty dishes from another table on her platter. Definite no-go. The rest of my family came in and it took them another 10 minutes to get their order taken. it seems as if everyone’s order was not taken correctly. It took the manager to help the waitress out but the terrible thing, I saw the rest of the employees standing around the front, joking around and not assisting. Terribly ran and managed place. Only positive was the manager trying to assist...

::First time at outback. Service was amazing. Our waitress was funny and knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. I always use A1 on my steak so I asked for a bottle. I took 1 bite without sauce as the waitress told me to and sent the A1 back. BEST STEAK EVER
