::Definitely the best Honda dealership for service. Valet is available since parking is temporarily limited. Conveniently located in the heart of Bethesda with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. If you are there for service, check in with Akim. Funny, attentive, and accurate. I've been servicing vehicles (4 in total) for the past 5+ years. All of the staff here is excellent. I was in and out with barely enough time to finish my meal. I will be servicing both of my Honda Fits and my CR-V here, and recommend everyone with a Honda does. (Might even bring my Ruckus here)

::For a car dealership, it’s hard to beat Ourisman Honda. First, I used a buying service and their price was cheapest. Second, they gave me the best financing at .9%. Third, their service costs are in line with non-dealer mechanics, And every other service is free. The only thing you have to watch out for is that they put $1000 of dealer extras on every car; just refuse to pay and they will take that way down.

::I was looking for a new car and was interested in a civic hatchback and sent Ray Turner an email and set up a meeting, went in (3/16/18) and test drove the car and ended up purchasing it. Ray had great knowledge of not only the car I wanted but other alternatives as well. Overall the experience was fantastic! I highly recommend Ray Turner if you ever go to this dealership looking for a car!

::I had a very positive and smooth sales experience with Ourisman Honda to purchase the all new Accord 2.0. And came away very pleased and with a nice deal, probably aided by the fact that I just happen to visit in the final hours of the last day of the month. This was my first time buying an entirely brand new car and I'm glad I came here. Every staff member I encountered was professional, personable, and most importantly of all (especially when car-shopping), easy going. My sales rep was Biko and he was able to answer nearly every detailed question I asked - and there were lots, mostly about trim lines and different options and engines for the car. I returned to their service department a week after the purchase to have some accessories installed and that visit was equally pleasant, although there was one error in the accessory ordered, vs. what I had requested, and they seem quick to respond and rectify the issue.
