  I have used Harold and Christopher at the Otterbeck Law firm many times, for both personal and business needs.   Chris Otterbeck was our attorney for two different home purchases. One in 2010 and one in 2014. He was fantastic for both! He always responded to our questions immediately and alleviated any concerns with any issues that came up. We will be sure to use him again for our next purchase and we would highly recommend him! He's been practicing real estate law for many years and was super knowledgeable!

  As a real estate broker I have worked with the Otterbeck Law firm on many different occasions, both by trusting them deeply with my client referrals and as a client myself when I purchased my first home.   Chris was our attorney this spring when we bought a new home. Being that this was my first time purchasing a home, I had many questions. He was very knowledgeable. I felt that I got all of the answers I needed. He was always prepared with diagrams and websites to which I could refer. More than that, he made me feel comfortable asking those questions. He quickly answered e-mails and phone calls, sometimes multiple times a day. He was persistent and thorough in getting me any information and answers I needed. He precisely made sure everything we needed was included in our contract - and more (topics where he offered his expert opinion)! My mind was at ease during the difficult process of buying a home, knowing that Christopher Otterbeck was our lawyer. I highly recommend him and his law firm to all!! Thanks Chris!

  I know Harold as a fellow member of the BUCKS Business Networking Group. However, when each of my three children required the services of a real estate attorney, I couldn't care less about any networking. I only wanted the best for my children. However, Harold is the best! His firm's strong points are: attention to detail, knowledge, competence, thoroughness, prompt handling of each phase of the transaction, and Harold's ability to foresee potential problems and address the options and solutions beforehand. Expect to hear a few decent jokes at closing but rest assured that you are in extremely good hands. Each of my children are very grateful, therefore so am I. Thanks Harold.
