    Oscar is an awful insurance company. Do not even consider this insurance. They make terrible mistakes in billing and claims and getting them to ever correct it is an absolute nightmare. I have been on hold for hours on end only to be disconnected and never called back. There is zero accountability so itโ€™s impossible to deal with them. Iโ€™m not exaggerating when I say Iโ€™ve had to call 20 times to resolve a single simple issue that still havenโ€™t managed to correct.. Their customer service is a joke and their business model is fraud. They should be investigated, prosecuted for running a scam insurance company and shutdown.

    SHAM SHAM SHAM DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE - THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THEY DON'T COVER ANYTHING EVEN WHEN YOUR PAYING A HIGH DEDUCTIBLE. EVERYTHING WILL BE DENIED AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISPUTE, NO DR'S TAKE THE INSURANCE ACCEPT BAD ONES. IF YOU ARE REALLY SICK OR HURT PRAY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL LEAVE A BIG HOLE FORE YOU TO CRAWL IN BUT THAT IS ABOUT IT. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. PLEASE SOMEBODY FIGURE OUT A WAY TO LEGALLY GO AFTER THESE CRIMINALS.THEY DESERVE TO ROT IN JAIL FOR THE REST OF THERE LIVES.

    Not only did they not confirm any Doctors I can use, they processed payment without confirming deductibles, Pharmacy. Tried calling and emailing but they did not respond nor answer call after 35minutes on hold. A JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY. UPDATE...So then I call the number they say to call as they claimed they were simply too busy in January....again..NO RESPONSE! AGAIN...THEY TRY TO BILL MY CC without any Dr. information I had requested numerous times....A JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY!

    I'm speaking only of the customer service experience. They don't accept credit cards, claiming they're trying to save money -- but then posts this news release: Oscar Health expects to generate $1 billion in revenue and sign up 250,000 members in 2018... so, I'm guessing they're doing fine and can actually allow people to use credit cards which give extra protection against fraud. Instead, they want debit cards. Then their site never works. On any browser. It's beyond frustrating. Will only pay month by month because I've read that they have overdrafted people's checking accounts on auto pay and don't refund in a timely fashion (if at all). So, paying them becomes a huge hassle. I've tried to go to doctors that were supposedly in network, they aren't. I'm afraid to actually NEED their coverage. I don't understand what happens if I get ill after hours or on the weekends as there's no one answering phones. I'm sorry I didn't pay the extra $30 more a month to get real service.

    They are paying for POSITIVE REVIEWS. IT'S LAUGHABLE. Click the profiles above me and you will see that is fake; likely posting for the first time, and they no evidence of being a Oscar Client. 1) Oscar is defrauding public by paying for POSITIVE REVIEWS. How do we know this? Please read positive comments, no screenshots, nothing to prove that they actually are associated with Oscar. -I have contacted the names, some of accounts appear to be fake, posting first time reviews, for 5 star health insurance never happens! Some accounts are obvious bots. Others that posted five stars are working at the company according to linkedin or have 1st connections with workers. This is clear and cut fraud. 2) OSCAR IS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF MENTAL HEALTH PARITY LAWS. I pay out the pocket for all mental health care including medication. No doctors in my area accept Oscar. Let's bring a class action lawsuit against this company!
