::These people belong in jail. They almost killed her, they did kill her brain. AND I was there every day, complaining, I bought their bull and sorry I did not take her out sooner. They did a terrible job of cleaning her up. So she got a urinary tract infection (UTI) which in old ladies can be deadly. From the first day I was there I had a feeling something was wrong. I told everyone she is having pain and burning feeling peeing, she was screaming and they said it was in her mind that she had dementia. 3 weeks before she was driving, doing facebook, email, amazon.. you name it. Never had memory problem. I took her out and brought her to California, first nurse that seen her told me UTI, ran her to hospital and within seconds RN said UTI, can smell it . The new Hospital said I should go after Orzac, scream top of the mountains, was the quote. Horrible the neglect and incompetence. The doctor there should loose his license and RN's should be fired. I do plan on going after them with everything I got. They did permanent damage to her. I am sick over this. She can't even talk now. And let me add, food is garbage, AC does did not work, mattress was a joke, most everyone is rude or angry, they take forever to come for help. Everyone complains how busy they are when you ask for something, Parking is a nightmare. Rehab is a joke. Too tired to list all the other complaints. I am not letting them get away with this. This is a nightmare for our family. We want our mother back.back.

::I have to say that this facility was pretty good in handling the care of my mother after her total knee replacement surgery. My mother would always inform me of her overnight experiences and overall they were up to par, no complaints. The staff at Orzac during her stay were also very pleasant to interact with. I do have a complaint in regards to one employee who cared for my mother several times, her name was Lexine. Lexine was pretty rude in body language and demeanor from the first day i came into contact with her while visiting my mother, all while routine questions/requests were made(pain meds prior to bed time, personal hygiene supplies) so that I can assist my mother in things she felt more comfortable having me do as opposed to someone else as i too am in the medical field and have been so for the past 8 yrs. I also thought this was lightening the work load this nursing assistant had as i'm sure she had to care for no less than 10-15 other patients. I observed her demeanor to be that of unappreciative and pretty much self centered, an individual who just does the job to do it/keep her job...not necessarily because she appreciates and enjoys what she does. A forced career choice if you will, that i did not appreciate and I made it known to her as politely as possible and as soon as the next day, her demeanor was a bit more light but i could tell it was still there. If you have family, friends or loved ones staying there during their recuperation please be vigilant and speak up if you feel something is not right, whether you notice it or your loved one tells you of an experience they had. If it weren't for that little negative experience, Orzac would have received 5 stars as the facility itself is very well kept.

::Mattress lumpy and old. Had to request another one right away.

::My husband suffered a broken hip and hip replacement and went to Orzac. He was discharged nine days later, since they felt he could manage with the walker. Not so, he fell five times in the next two weeks and had to be readmitted to hospital with another fracture. He has been in another rehab for 6 weeks, and still cannot manage by himself. It was unprofessional of them to release him so quickly. I never met with the staff to discuss his therapy or progress or plans for the future (even though their brochure states that that would occur). I could not have been more disappointed with a facility than I was with Orzac and would certainly not recommend it to anyone for their loved ones.

::This is my father's second rehab at Orzac During his first admission, he got exceptional care and physical therapy. The nurses and CNA's are knowledgeable and professional. Dad's doctor made it a point to visit my dad and keep him updated on the treatment plan and Dad's progress. He's recently been admitted and so far he's comfortable with the care he's been getting so far. There were other family members who were rehabilitated at Orzac and we as a family recommend this facility.
