  My Grandmother Flavia Williams passed way on February 16, 2018. Since that all these people are hugs and tears from Honduras from March 2, 2018 at Ortiz Funeral Home. So Once Again it’s heading to the Funeral Triunfo De La Cruz, Tela Honduras on March 5, 2018. an then but also We have final farewell Say Goodbye to My Grandmother on March 6, 2018 Yeah but i also I was walking with My Love Girlfriend karrie she’s cute and pretty.

  My grandfather was supposed to be cremated at this location and it has now been two months , my family has received no call back or update on his ashes . We still have no recieved his ashes and it’s been two months later. I do not recommend this location .

  I won’t ever recommend this location to anyone. Ortiz funeral homes I’ve heard from past experiences aren’t bad at all. The day of my brothers wake the viewing was scheduled to begin at 3pm. We got there at 2:30pm. I was shocked when I got there with several family members nothing was ready.. not only that but when I got there the place stunk really really bad, the lady sprayed something which temporarily removed the odor. The name was not even listed yet, my brothers coffin was was not in the chapel and the flowers were just sitting on the floor outside of the chapel. It was not until past 3:30pm that we were allowed to enter. The employees have no respect for the family nor compassion. Later I came to Realize when I got Close to my brothers body what the smell was! I’ve been left traumatized for the rest of my life. It’s not the way I wanted to say my last goodbyes to my brother. That same night I went to request several of excusal letters for work. The lady in the office took my list and said nothing to me, I waited and she told me to step out because there was a gentlemen co worker of hers that was sleeping and “didn’t want him to wake up”. I stepped out but the next day when I called bcus they did missed out on a letter the guy on the phone said I need to speak to the person I booked the wake with, being that I needed to take a flight that night I couldn’t make it. He made no attempt to help me nor understand he instead called me “frustrating” and put me on hold. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

  My father passed away on December 27, 2017. We requested services from Ortiz funeral home that included 1 day of viewing and a cremation package. They told it it would take two weeks to get his ashes back. They stated i would get them no later than 1/12/2018. I requested that they call me once the ashes and the death certificates were received. After they got their money, they no longer cared about providing good service. Each time we called to inquire about the ashes, they would become irritated and after several questions, would hang up on us. 1/12/18 came and went by and we did not receive the call. We called almost every other day and we were told they would need to call us back but never did. Because of our work hours we were not able to go. Finally on 1/27/2018, exactly a month after my father’s passing, we called upset and once more they asked to call us back within an hour. That happened at 10:30am. It was 3:30pm and they had not called back. We called again and after placing us on hold, they told us the ashes were there. When questioned as to how long they’ve had them the lady responded “I don’t know sir, they’re here.” These people are incompetent, rude, insensitive to families mourning and just care about your money. Once they have your money, they don’t care about you. Stay away from these people and save your suffering families the added stress of dealing with them. I would and will never recommend to even my enemies.

  Very kind peaceful attemtive people who understand how death affects people. Also mr Ortiz will ovesee that all runs smoothly on viewing days i strongly reccomend it
