  unprofessional, I have waited 2.5 months for my second set of alligners, first they just forgot to create treatment plan, then they ordered wrong set of Invisaligns for production. Also they reported my one star review on Yelp and made them delete it.

  Dr. Shen and his staff are extremely professional and kind. The staff really cares about patients. Dr. Shen and Orthoworks made the process of getting braces really easy. I was given cost effective options to chose from, I ultimately decided with Invisalign. I experienced very little physical pain and fiscal pain with my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Shen and his Orthoworks team to Everyone!
