  My wife and I have been to Orthosporth after our surgeries (2 each) and we have had outstanding experiences. Tony and Brandon took very good care of us!

  This business is run like a gym and looks like one. It is so big that the one or two physical therapist assistants and Tony the owner himself usually can't keep an eye on you and guide you through the workout plan. Sometimes Tony is not there or busy doing paperwork when he should be working on his patients. Even the assistant Brandon who is often one of only 2 people working there is trying to help 6 patients at once and does not always set up machines for you or tell you which exercise to do next. You wait there..and wait..and wait until finally you say..well..I guess I'll do this machine now..and i guess i'll bump up the weight. This is not how patients should be treated. Maybe they were short staffed and things have improved I don't know. I sure hope so. The evaluation by Tony was helpful though, he understood my problem and attempted to fix it..but I felt abandoned at times.
