::Awful experience! They keep canceling my appointments on me! and on my rescheduled appointment no one called me to tell me they canceled my appointment again! I even made sure that my appointment was still good, checking my voicemail prior to going. The receptionist could care less about how frustrated I was. Not bothering rescheduling with this unprofessional place! Whoever my doctor was supposed to be can go kick rocks!

::After seeing the reviews, I debated on this place but my back/leg was killing me. So, I took my chance and called. They had an appointment that day available. I was in and out in about 1 hour. The process was check in > one of the colored waiting rooms to speak with a nurse > xray > waiting room > doctor > check out > physical therapy appointment being made. I saw Dr. Ziermann. He was efficient and positive.

::If there was a no star option, i would have selected that. This office is not helpful at all. i was in a car accident recently and was recommended to this office by the hospital that treated me. Turns out I have a fracture in my neck. The first doctor that I saw told me I was fine and basically said i required rest. The next week I saw his PA who agreed to the same thing and basically assured me that I was fine. They then sent me to a pain management doctor who gave me a doctor who just basically told me to rest and take the meds. When i asked him about my fractured her replied, "what fracture?" The doctor did not even know that i had a fracture in my neck. He left the room to go get my files. When he returned he was chuckling. He told me that my fracture was not a fracture and that the bone that the fracture was on did not serve any purpose to me. He continued to laugh at the notes the doctor and the PA left and told me how foolish the diagnoses was. I was infuriated about how unprofessional this doctor was. He never even answered my question about the healing of my bone. When I left the exam room requested to see the doctor who originally saw me because i did not trust this "pain management" doctor. The receptionist told me that i could not see the original doctor because I had no reason too. We had an exchange of dialogue, but in the end she refused to schedule me an appointment with the original doctor. she set me up a follow up appointment with the pain doctor. When i returned a month later the pain doctor told me i was healed and no longer needed to come back. Mind you I told him i was still feeling a lot of pain which was affecting my sleep. I ordered to have another xray done. When i received the xray i saw that the fracture was still the same. No improvement. Overall the experience has been terrible and i still do not fulling understand what is going on with my neck fracture. The staff are rude and come off careless. The doctors seem like they received their degrees off of the back of a cereal box. I would never recommend anyone go here. EVER!!!! There was a nurse there named Kelly who made my day when I saw her. She has blond hair. Very nice and pleasant.

::My physical therapist are the absolute best! I have been making so much progress since starting here a few months ago. Everyone is nice and friendly. They build good rapport with their clients and are all about patients getting the best care. Steph and Mike are the bomb!!! They are miracle workers to be honest!

::Even if the doctor is good no one should wait 1 hr (on average with no emergency) to see an MD. The MD is a very good practitioner and when I called to discuss the issues I encountered the person was very nice and courteous. However, I do not like the feeling of being a part of their bottom line. They need to be more patient centered. I will be seeking a new ortho who makes their patients wait a reasonable amount of time.
