  I emailed Orkin images of an insect that was crawling on my dress and they reassured us that it was NOT a bed bug. They said it was likely a ladybug (I didn't realize ladybugs could be black). They are trustworthy.

  Technician shows up without a schedule, and charging my card without my approval/signature of unscheduled service.

  If I could give a no star review, I would. The appointment was to be between 8-10AM. No show. It is raining so they don't come. Maybe he will he will show up by 12:30. I complained and the appointment was canceled. Not trustworthy.

  Called for a termite estimate. They gave me an estimated arrival time of 3-5 p.m. My husband left work early and waited outside our unfinished home which is currently under construction and uninhabitable. At 4:52 I called to follow up on the status of the inspector and was advised that the man had called out of work and they did not realize this. They would not be able to get another technician out until the next day. I asked if something could be done to compensate my husbands wasted time due to their oversight and was flat out told no. Needless to say I did not reschedule. Completely unprofessional and disorganized company. DO NOT USE.
