  I've been coming here for many years. My Great grandmother, grandmother, mother and sisters shop at this botanica. Recently, they hired a new cashier. She is extremely nasty! IF I CAN PUT ONE STAR I WOULD! Note to management, please make sure front cashier is being polite to customers. Thats bad for business.

  Some people exaggerate their purchases, from this wonderful place I found months ago, and has helped me with personal things I needed assistances with in life. My experience at this place has been an experience in my life I will remember for a very long time. I've had troubles along the way, but the people at Original products helped me through all them, assisted me in what I should buy for specific reasons. I've bought candles from the spiritual workers to place on the altar for me several times and each time they sent me a photo of the candle burning. All I can say is great things about this place, and the staff that assisted me in each transaction. I will recommend anyone needing spiritual assistance from these awesome people at original products botantica. I can say carlos, is one of the guys that sent me my picture from my candle work on their altar several times. i also dealt with Yessi and she is the best... she will let you know what is the best products to get for your work. I have also dealt with others at the original product store but online and phone and was so satisfied. Alex is a spiritual reader I can say 100% is accurate when he reads you. He says everything straight forward and comes true or it has happened already. Thank you alex, yessi, and Carlos for all your assistance will continue to buy products from you guys when i need it.   My mother and I have been shopping there for years bc it's the nearest, but we dread going. The staff ignores us as if we're never there. We never get a smile or hello. We never get help when shopping.The cashiers are rude and NEVER say thank you in fact they look my clothes up and down but no salutation. It's always a cold experience. After this last time I've had enough, I'm gonna travel to find a place that appreciates our money.
