  Decent station with short wait times for trains just wish it wasn't a open air station especially during the winter.

  No rest rooms for the public. A bit confusing to navigate the first time. Buses switch terminus after 10 am and board on the right side (not main st). Staff are mostly absent during the day and dont helpb often. In my opinion, they should get fired for slacking.

  Clean and still safe even with the changes that have taken place in East Boston .

  Not much to say about a transit station. The newly rebuilt Orient Heights stop is nicely designed and has a convenient drop off and pick up lane, as well as a massive $5 a day surface lot for parking, accessed via Barnes Street. No restroom facilities, of course since we don't build those anymore.
