  I bought a style 1703 clothes hanger from home depot, they shipped it to store and i picked it up (3 weeks). I assembled it and one wheel caster was broken (assembly not bad and OK instructions if you have a hammer). I called customer service to replace part ( i had part no with instructions) and they send the wrong one. They only allow you to talk to customer service 4 hours a day not the east coast ("because they have to eat luck and do other things more important than customer service). Poor quality product and worse customer service!!
