::If i could give 0 i would. Went to have my battery checked and the dumb a** that stuck the tester on my car said my alternator was not good when my battery was running at 13v and up. I would say the guy must have been illiterate or blind!

::About 4 weeks I stopped here to get my battery checked, a guy name JOSE came out to check it. I'm sure he was the manager. He told me I had a bad battery that I should replace it asap. I ask him what was it reading? He said it was under 12.6 vlots. I said ok I'll look into it. I then took it to AutoZone down the street, and they guy over there said it was fine, that it was reading good. I am very disappointed O'Reilly. I've decided to go ahead and buy my own battery tester, you can't trust NOBODY anymore.

::Jose Fernandez was so helpful in finding the type of oil my beater needed. I'm lucky it's still running since it's a ford and not a Tacoma. Great customer service, no wait time, and very knowledgeable. This man needs a raise. Highly recommend this location.
