  Do yourself a favor a drive 5 minutes up Matlock to AutoZone or Advance. I usually have pretty good luck at O'Reilly, but this particular store is awful. The employees are barely competent. I once asked for a socket adapter and the guy told me they don't have them. Went to AutoZone and he showed me 5 in stock. I recently had some paint matched - except it didn't match. Rather than apologizing or showing any sense of consumer care, the lady at the paint counter became childishly defensive and put the blame on me. Really disappointed with this store, and I would urge corporate to have a look at who they're hiring.

  Worst oreillys I've ever been to....on every visit! They act like your doing them an injustice by needing parts. Horrible customer service from the majority of the staff!!! Go to New York location!! You wont regret it.....yes they have everything in stock due to being the hub, rather wait to be ordered to another location.

  They have a paint shop in the back. They make perfect make touch up paint and for a low price. The staff is frinedly and very knowledgeable
