  There is a MASTER and he knows everything even he never see you car. if he telling you what you should buy it than you better follow him,if you not?he think you are idiot.

  Not all that friendly or polite but the staff is very knowledgeable about the parts they have and the cost and even with long lines can get you in and out pretty quick if the person in front of you isn't dumb as a box of rocks and asking a lot of questions

  I will never go to this store again to buy anything... I bought a car battery last year at this location and I took the battery back a couple of weeks ago because my car wouldn't start.I went there at about 6:30 pm because I work and go to school.. The guy took the battery from me and put it on the machine. And tells me this might take awhile and to come back tomorrow. No problems right.. Well I go back the next day to see what's wrong with my battery its about pm again and i explain the situation with the lady and she asks for the claim ticket... The people the day before never gave me a claim ticket... She says she can not give me back my battery because I do not have a claim ticket and I'm not in the system... Here lies questions... Why was I not in the system... I bought the battery from thus very location. I also bought battery cables for the car at that location with a second transaction on the same card but they have no record of me ever buying anything from the store. Second question... I was in the store the day before... Yet I was never given a claim ticket.. How can this be??? Why was I not given a ticket? Has it now become my responsibility to make sure the people do their job, as the customer? With all the that the manager steps in and comes to the conclusion that one out of the two unmarked batteries belong to me so he puts it on the machine to test if it's good or bad.. But I am not in the system and even though I was able to prove that I bought an item over $100 at o reilly I could not prove it was a battery so I was not able to claim my warranty. But how was I not in the system at all... there is no proof that I bought anything from them a year ago even though I have proof that I have so I have to buy a brand new battery again when I should not have to all because someone did not do there job. They will never get my business again and it is important that people know before they go and spend their hard earned money at a place like that.. don't do it
