  This place they have poor customer service persons they said they have manager they are so mean at 7th st and Butler they think you have to ask him for a Free parts all the time

  "The manager" there thinks he's to good to help out costumers usually when I go in there is only one person out front and the manager in the back.. His employee asked him for help because there was to many people for just one person he said I can't I have paper work to do when it was only 7pm and paper work dosent have to be done until closed which is 10pm I use to work at an O'Reilly auto parts 5years ago thats how I know what needs to be done .. This store gets to busy to only have one employee that takes care of all the customers and a manager that dose nothing but stock shelfs the guys name thats always there taking care of all the costomers I think his name is Ricardo. Cant remember tho he needs to be giving a raise or a better position or even a better manager to work for.

  These people tested my battery as good and alternator as bad. Come to find out it was the other way around, so i ended up spending awhole lot of money and time for nothing. I could have gotten my stuff situated days ago.either get a new testing machine or new people.
