  Yesterday my daughter and I ran into the location in Bedford, TX to grab something, when a very unruly customer was flying off on the lady behind the counter (Kelsie). By the way, he wanted to take a part he hadn't paid for, on good faith, fix his car and bring back the old part. Kelsie handled it very well, way better than I would have. She was professional, never snapped, and even apologized to me and my daughter. Thanks y'all for taking care of me and my car.

  Popped in there yesterday because my check engine light came on out of the blue. A nice young lady ran the computer and gave me a print out with a list of possible issues. They didn’t pressure me into buying in parts and were so friendly and glad to help. When I got home I inspected the air intake hose as instructed and found that one of the small hoses had simply come loose. I simply resecured the tube and about 40 miles later problem solved. They have a happy and grateful customer for life! Thanks!!

  Larry the manager was working at the Coppell location and recently moved to this location. I was always treated with 5 Star in Coppell, and when I had some questions on some parts I decided to visit Larry here in bedford. His service is 5 Star wherever he is at. Definitely worth the drive. 5 Star service for the whole team!

  Max was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with our Honda, and wanted to make sure we weren’t spending money on unnecessary repairs. Definitely coming back!
