  Our work truck blew a air hose for the fifth time today and ended up at this O'Reilly and the customer service was A+ they had the parts we needed tools for emergency use and on demand service. Highly recommended.

  Ordered a component on Saturday and got a call on the next day saying it is ready for pick up. And it is even Easter!! Never had this experience in this country at all. This is the best.

  Went in to return a defective starter I had for 1 week and was told I couldn't because it "passed" on their machine. The starter was giving me intermittent issues sometimes taking 4-5 "clicks" before starting the car. The employee kept insisting that I had another issue but none of the symptoms indicated that was the case. (I used to be an ASE certified technician so dealing with these parts isn't new to me) After having to argue with the guy he eventually and reluctantly replaced my starter and the new one works perfectly. Their machine doesn't simulate the loads the starter must work in to truly deem the part as functional. All it really does is spin the motor and move the solenoid which is not enough. My guess is the solenoid was weak, not allowing the gear to extend and mesh with the flywheel. It's bad enough I received a defective part that I had to remove a second time, but for them treat me like an ignorant liar was outrageous. BEWARE, you might get stuck with a defective part.
