  They offered help, but I already had what I needed. BUT, they did mention that they accepted old batteries for recycling, which was nice, because I had an old battery.

  Number of stars really depends on who you get. Mark, the manager lady, or the tall young dude all know their stuff. They'll know what you're talking about, and probably grab you the right part (Unless you throw Mark off by needing some slim line spark plugs) A couple of the other employees, not so much.

  This place is almost always busy. With that being said, when you get to the counter you are helped until you are done with your request. 5 star rating but store could be a little cleaner and stock/variety could be better. Parking is ample.
