  These guys are no help. Went in for a radiator return hose and wipers. Guy sold me one same width but not correct at ends. Then he told me he couldn't take back hose since it was cut then sold me plastic adapters. He told me that policy did not allow him to assist in any way. I spent 3 hours in the 106° heat piecing together the hose and adapters. I went back in and asked for help with the wipers since was free installation. He told me I had to wait till he had time. He was on his phone watching who knows what. Bottom line...GO TO AUTOZONE. Not only are they cheaper but the want to help and provide Customer service.

  As far as any parts store, its fairly good. Very organized place with good workers along with great prices. My only qualms is from a management decision. They make assumptions as to who may not speak English very well. So they start the conversation in Spanish. Someone needs to rethink that policy so as not to offend customers.
