  Reasonable repair prices BUT horrible turnover time. They held my vacuum for nearly 2 months just to replace the belt. NOTE since it is an Oreck dealer, they will ALWAYS put Oreck issues before other brands (I have a Hoover and kept getting bumped down the repair list as Orecks needing repair came in)...THAT'S bad business.

  Had a wonderful experience at the store on Saturday! Chase was very knowledgeable about all the Oreck products and described all the different vacuums to me in a very precise and easy to understand kind of way! I bought the Magnesium RS and LOVE it!! It works on all my floor types and the best thing is that I can carry it with one hand up my stairs because it's SOOOO lightweight! I highly recommend going to see the fine folks at the Hurst store for all your home cleaning needs!

  Oreck vacuum cleaners are very expensive. You can save a few bucks by buying at Amazon. Oreck customer service is terrible. I brought my vacuum to the store 2 weeks ago for the free tuneup and still don't have it back.
