  Comepletly provided services beyond my expectations. Their business is closed on Sunday but made the effort to deliver them on the day I desired. The man who answers the phone who I presume is the owner of the business is the most genuine human being I’ve come across as he made it his job to come up with the best looking flower bouquet just by informing him of her favorite flowers. I was optimistic as I didn’t know how $100 worth of a bouquet would look like just by talking on the phone, but after seeing them he did one hell of a job. Sir, thank you once again for making this a special day. Best flower shop in town!

  The Highest QUALITY arrangements and GREATEST customer service of any florist Ive ever used. I live in central TX and my GF works in El Paso. I chose the Orchid Shop solely based on web reviews. I had previously used online and telephone florist services, so my expectations were fairly low. EVERY arrangement that my GF has gotten from the Orchid Shop has exceeded my expectations and her office workers hate her now! You dont need to be concerned with the quality of arrangements, as the Orchid Shop had no problem texting a picture prior to delivery. I literally call up and tell them how much I want to spend, and they design a product that is every bit, worth the amount. When is the last time that you ordered someone an arrangement and actually felt it was WORTH THE PRICE you paid????

  There's a giant rubber plant, 25+ years old in the entrance, the arrangements are quite beautiful and for the price can't be beat.

  A super dooper life saver!! Previous flower shop didn't come through and The Orchid Shop did without a problem!! Talk to Howard... help me get flowers to my Girlfriend on her birthday! He made it possible to squeeze in my delivery within less than 2 hours!! I highly recommend The Orchid Shop for their speedy, professional services!! Thank you again Orchid Shop!!
